I have successfully conducted Exclusive Possession hearings; Motions to Compel, Petitions for Rule to Show Cause, Petitions to Increase Support, Modification Hearings, and have conducted dozens of Prove Up proceedings. I conducted, (without assistance) a three-day dissolution of marriage trial with custody, visitation, real estate division, and personal property issues. I also have a working knowledge of collections law, and have conducted a Citation to Discover Assets proceeding and routinely garnish bank accounts and lien real property to collect judgments. I am Lexis, Westlaw and Fastcase Proficient. I have also taken a 40 hour facilitative mediation training course in Michigan.
